I have a lower back pain but today is a lower body power day (squats, deadlifts are included)
should I stop being a bitch and go lift, or go when the pain goes away?

the pain is in my tailbone, I think it was caused by OHP yesterday (upper body power day)...
Depends on how bad the pain is. If it's not too bad go test it out with lightweight. But only you know your body and it's limits, we tiawanese underwater basket weavers can't tell you.
I skipped squats yesterday because during my warmup sets I had one hamstring with unusual pain, like a tight pulling sensation. Figured it wasn't worth the risk of snapping it.

if "being a bitch" means ignoring your body and fucking up your back is not an issue, go ahead. The smart thing to do would to be hydrated today, make sure to eat and rest for about a week or 2 set up a appointment for an mri. Back pain is nothing to fuck with.
