Then I did a morning workout and got myself back into ketosis because I'm not a fucking loser who mopes about 'failing'

Military served me a cheat meal. It was burgers + fries today and I couldn't turn it down, though I got my veggies and didn't have soda. Should it count as a cheat meal if it was given to me?
