My doctor said I should keep a health journal. Has anyone ever done this? How does /fit/ track their shit?

Part 2; training routine
Part 3; meditation and stress levels
Part 4; creative and social exercise such as rock climbing, soccer, dancing etc.

Bumping this because it's interesting; I use myfitnesspal too and a spreadsheet I got from reddit where I give daily calories and weight as input and it outputs the average TDEE
