Ive ADF fasted for 8 weeks.
Im really craving a big meal at night but go around 50 calories on the fasting days.
(Coffee counts as reverse calories even with milk and sugar i think btw i only have 1 coffee a day).
I try to have under 2000 calories on my eating days and feel satisfied and dont have to have asmuch food.
But it sucks not being able to have dinner so ill probably change the ADF fasting to something else when i permanently have my daily calories controled.
Eating lessis the only way.and there shouldbe no shortcuts. Or you will fuck up.
Less meals, and portion control.
If you deny somekinds of food alltogether itmakes you morelikely to fail if you have a bit of it cuz you beleive that kind of food has control over you.

If you eat or drink it, you count the calories. No exceptions.
The other stuff is right, but don't you feel weak, fasting 3 or 4 days per week? Limiting yourself to 1 or 2 usually works better.

I know a powerlifter who does 4 day weekly fasts, he just eats like a garbage disposal the other 3 days. He is incredibly shredded competes 181, says he would get super fat if he didn't fast.
