If you wanna think about everything his job requires his body type makes some sense (excluding the magical/genetic mutations and potions or whatever). He had to be both strong and fast to be able to fight the mythical/magical creatures and have enough endurance to maintain that. Too much body mass, he'd lose speed. Too little, he'd lose strength. Endurance you train for. So it kinda makes sense that he's not overly jacked. But were also talking about a fictional character that's been altered genetically and lives in a universe where magic is normal and sorceresses use it enhance their beauty. So I guess you can't read into it too much

start fresh outta auschwitz

>cut to 10% bodyfat while maintaining strength et voila 4-6 months caloric deficit
