I've recently started fasting. Nothing but water until about 2pm. From 2 to about 6pm I eat one or maybe two meals, maybe. Then fast again from about 6pm until 2pm the next day. Im a big fat sumbitch 6'3" 250+lbs prolly 260. I want to eventually get down to 220lbs. Obviously it aint overnight. But I been doing IF for about a week and a half and it seems to be legit. Any tips for a fat nigga doing IF? Thanks
Self bamp. All i ate today (8/28) was one large gmo banana (approx 120 calories) at 2pm and nothing else. Its now 11pm and i have had whiskey. Im drunk af but overall under 500 calories. I want to be thin /fit/ help

If you want to sustain your weight loss you need to be eating at least 1200 calories in your feeding window to maintain basic metabolic functions. More if you're lifting.
