So, /fit/, I've got a dilemma. I love exercising and weight lifting, but not for the strength aspect. I work out for the endorphin release, and I could care less about the rest. The problem I'm reaching is that I'm not that tall, just 5'8", and if I get any stronger I'm going to look like I'm trying to compensate for being short. Anyone else in my boat? I want to be able to keep lifting without gaining any more mass from it. How can I kill my gains?
>i'm going to look like i'm compensating for looking short
Why do people think this? This isn't true at all.
Manlets compensate by being jacked, not strong. If you're lean no one will think that.

Cardio. Run. Running gets you those endorphins too.
first of all, 5'8 is 1 inch below average.
second, no one is gonna look at you and think you're compensating outside of /fit/
