Today was a real introduction to gym after three years.
I tried using the same weight I used in highschool but they were too heavy so I had to go back to basics
Today was all arms, so I did:
Incline bench press : 25 reps at 75 pounds
Bench press: 3x10 sets at 75 pounds
One arm Dumbell raise. I did 3x10 at 20 pounds both arms. I held the weight up for 8 seconds between each rep.
Alternate front raise 3x10 at 15 pounds (Everything else was too heavy).
For me to count it as a single rep I had to do a raise on one arm then the other. Then both at the same time.
I did curls with those squiggly curling bars.
(I don't know how much they weigh) but I had 25 pounds altogether. Really close grip.
Total time spent at the gym 2:16 minutes.
