Log all the food you eat, especially when you binge. Pay attention to the macros, what are you eating more of and could that be the reason for the binging? If you're binging as a shitty coping mechanism, figure out what thoughts or events trigger that response, sort it out, and replace it with a more responsible action. It'll take time to get over and you'll probably binge again but it's always an effort when trying to change habits/lifestyle, stick with it.
