Hey /fit/ I'm just getting started with a modified Stronglifts plan from my powerlifting stepdad. I'm 24 @ about 5'10 135lbs and I'm sick of being skin and bones and being invisible. My biggest problem is that I feel just super low energy and achey through my days. Any /fit/izens have any tips for dealing with overall aches and tiredness not due to working out? Or is it simply just "get to the gym anyway"? I guess part of me is scared to overwork myself if my body is achey. Or maybe I'm just making excuses.

I guess it depends what kind of pain you're experiencing, and what is causing the pain exactly

If it's ache like the one you get when you run after not doing it for a while then it's just DOMS and it's normal and it will go away after a few weeks. Otherwise make sure it's not pain from not doing exercises correctly.
For the low energy just eat a lot and make sure you are sleeping at least seven hours a night. Also make sure you're not overworking your body.
Also read the fucking sticky next time. I only replied cause you asked politely and not demandingly but still read the fucking sticky
