Hey /fit/ so i am trying to get my weight back down after i gained my dad bod (20lbs) Im trying to get a good meal plan to hit my macros for weight loss. I dont mind eating the same meals for weeks, just looking for suggestions. Trying to split my total count into 3 meals i need to hit 50g Protein, 45g Carbs, and 20g fats each meal. Any recomendations? Especially for breakfast meals.
