Ever since I started lifting 3 times a day I've been getting cravings for the worst garbage. Sodas, sweets, enormous subway sandwiches covered in ranch dressing, etc.
I'm a skinnyfat at 155 and 5'8 currently. Should I embrace the dirty bulk like my body wants or should I keep eating green shit and chicken.
