I think I hurt my elbow but I can't really tell. Been lifting for 4 months now but just recently my elbows have started to randomly throb with pain throughout the day especially the right one. Went in to lift today and almost passed out trying to do curls and bench because of how much my right elbow hurt. I'm 99% certain it was something at the gym, what likely caused it and how to make it go away? Is not gymming for several days going to be 100% required? Didn't go over the weekend and it only seems worse now.

This might be tennis elbow. I got that sort of pain from rock climbing. Try focusing on forearm exercises. At the rock court, a lady showed me how putting pressure on the forearm, close to the elbow, sort of between the two muscles there, while slowly (count 20 seconds) opening and closing them. It wasn't permanent relief, but it was something.
Look for other tennis elbow cures.
