Hey there fit, long time brower first time poster, ive been lifting for around 2 years and while i can see solid gains happening slowly, i would like some feedback on if they are on par with my length of training ect, TLDR How do i look almost 2 years into lifting, im about 90kgs now i was 110 in the "fat" photo haha inb4 still fat
Lot less gut and some big arms, good job keep at it
