drink shit loads of water, like 2 gallons a day, and log all of your calories on myfitnesspal. select your nutrients and select sodium as one that is displayed. limit your sodium intake. limit it to like 500-1000mg a day if you can. this will improve your vascularity. look up other things you can do and better timings and shit online.

I dont have great veins so you have a while to go. One me I have the major ones stick out when lifting but nothing incredible.
Its mostly a matter of muscle and bf%
I know when Im getting fatter because my vascularity will get worse but lifts still improve..
