Quick question:
Can I get stronger (as in, lifting more weight, punching harder etc. Not as in looking bigger) when eating less cal than daily spending?
I'm 160lb and I take about 140g of protein a day, but I only eat around 2.100 cal, can I get strong like this?

You can but mostly only if you're untrained.

It depends on your genetics, some people can get stronger without increasing their muscle mass and eating very little, but that only happens the first months unless you have god tier strenght genetics
