I used to not sweat very much starting out in the gym doing SS. After I was advanced or finished progression on that program and started doing more sets/weight/reps I can't leave without a decently soaked shirt.

Yeah, it seems a little counterintuitive but the better shape you're in the more you sweat.

Are you a machine/curl bro?
Upper body doesn't make me that sweaty but lower body soaks my back.

This is because as you get in better shape your muscles gets bigger. Bigger muscles produces more heat, and the way that your body disperses of this heat is through sweating. Thus the more muscle you have the more you'll sweat.

except that everyone is different, and some people sweat more than others, and body types may or may not impact that.
OP if you don't sweat, don't sweat it lmao hahahahahahah
but seriously, as long as you do the work, it's not a big deal.

I don't sweat much weightlifting but a 25min cardio session leaves me literally drenched in perspiration. Forget pit stains, I have to wring out my top afterwards.
I didn't sweat a lot before, but after I hit my thirties I sweat a lot more.
>Completely dry during bench/arm shit, even after a hard session
>Shirt soaked, hair dripping after just a couple sets of deads or squats

Get bad genetics next time bro. It's 17 C° and I'm sweating, a lot.

>tfw I've always sweat like a pig, no matter what weight or age I was while I was working out, usually find myself sweating before I get to the proper workout
>parents and bros tell me I smell terrible after a hard workout no matter how much deoderant I used
>plenty of women I've been with say I smell really great, one even said my cologne smelled nice (I don't really use cologne)
I feel indifferent about this.
