What is your daily routine for keeping your skin in decent condition?
I only wash my face with water in the morning and when I shower, but I'm noticing my nose has visible pores full of shit.
I'm a recovering fatty (lost 20kg) I don't have loose skin because I lost weight slowly and pounded foods with vitamin E, and put coconut oil and shit on my skin. I do have some scars from my skin stretching when I got fat in the first place, anyone have pro-tips to make them fade or heal? They are pretty old, they don't even look that bad. But I want to be the best post fat version of me that I can be.

Stop eating carbs, genocide dust mites on your bed and pillow. Anything topical I apply to my skin dries it out which looks disgusting.
