I'm at Uni and I get up really early to lift. I can't mix my preworkout the morning of cause I dont want to turn the lights on and wake my roommate. Can I mix it the night before and leave it in the fridge?

Just remember to give it a quick shake cause there might still be some unmixed bits of it and itll form a layer at the bottom if you don't shake it real quick

You can just add the powder in the shaker and leave it on the sink right, than add fresh water in the morning.. however your fridge idea would work fine as well.
