Take a dancing course, simple as that, and they are being taught pretty much anywhere, even my rural town in the third world shithole that I live has one

Zumba or find a class at your local ymca or community center to see if anyone offers free dance classes. Dancing in a club is pretty easy, just stepping side to side to the beat. Hard to look autistic doing that if you're being subtle.
