So I am trying to start on my journey to strong Nibbahood, and I'm a fucking weak 18yo bitch. Atm I've been doing 30 rep 3 sets with an 8kg kettleball (shoulder press, normal bicep curls and some other shit). I'm sorta building a little, but it's pretty slow. Imma go to the gym soon, but I'm sure that there's a better way. Cutting most refined sugar out, but still kinda overweight (20% body fat fuck me amirite). Is there anything else I can do to build more quickly. Ty /fit/ memelords
