Having some serious trouble getting back into a routine. My BF is like a freaking tornado in the morning and I can't seem to get out of here before him. I used to wake up at 5am just to get out of here before he woke up.
Also dealing with some serious DOMS. Hobbling around.
How do you get back into it?

Just gotta take it a week at a time, after 3 or 4 weeks it will become habitual job done.

DOMS is shit, I started up again after a few years off and did a full-body boxing workout, was crippled for days after that and couldn't sleep because of the pain.

All better now though and the n00bgainz are motivating af
