Nothing because LISS cardio is fucking useless and stupid. Strength training or if you are going to train with calisthenics, it should at least be HIIT training or something. But when I do train, almost always death metal/deathcore. Usually slaughter to prevail, Amon Amarth, hideous divinity, spartan, thy art is murder, of tyrants, the faceless, lamb of god, meshuggah are my primary choices for music.

That's just wrong.
Except maybe the lonelyness of the long distance runner by Maiden

Not sure if bait or kid posting before school.

I imagine running like Raiden with little electric footprints
only way I can use my autism to make cardio bareable
FullOn psychedelic trance does the trick for me. I get completely lost in memories, good times, and serious thoughts. The mixes which goes on for 1-2 hours without pause almost makes me forget time :)

Don't do cardio.
Usually podcasts for the first couple of miles and then it depends on the intensity. I usually listen to synthwave, it's got a nice, steady beat to run to. Jazz, electronic downtempo, pop or folk music for lower intensity stuff and metal and more aggressive synthwave for higher intensity stuff.

Guys I know there are literal hundreds of eurobeat albums but maybe you can highlight tracks as intense as Gas Gas Gas? The first track with which I can run on the threadmill speed 10 and more. every time I'm about to give up and stop that fast intense part begins abd i overcome.
