Welcome to /fit/, give me your best excuse for not doing squats
It hurts
i burned out after 6 years of doing them
Last month I biked like 2 miles so im pretty sore from it. Next month though, when I have fully recovered.
My legs are big already. BUT I'm considering doing squats again because the biggest muscles burn the most energy.
I've achieved zebra mode on the leg press already

I have arthrosis. Just getting back to low weight leg press. Feels fucking stupid, but what can you do

b-but rippetoe told me squats are great for your knees, you just have to have proper form
all the old worn down PLers who can only do light squats or no squats must be lying to me

Yeah I know, at 1 mile I got sudden craving for cock and at 2miles it got worse so I stopped and entered nearest gym for emergency curl session.

You know that thing that Olympic weightlifters have around their knee? You know, like Clarence?
Use that.
Also that type of injury is associated with weak tendons. Weak tendons is a result of either neurodegenerative muscle disease, or in this case, the failure to adequately recover. The failure to recover can be either too much volume or not enough calorie intake.
Both of which is your fault for not taking adequate measures to protect your knees.

>runnings not healthy because marathon runners have AHS
>eating is unhealthy because some people are obese
Everything is unhealthy when dealing with the excessive
My legs are already thicc from a lifetime of biking, I'm giving the rest of my body time to catch up.
