The ones without DMHA are shit. I just get headaches from preworkout normally, but recently I bought one that had half as much caffeine as the others I had tried and it had DMHA and it's insane. I used to be tired after an hour and a half, but on this stuff I'll be there for 2-2.5 hours and only leave because I either can't do a clean rep anymore or because I have somewhere to be. I dunno if you can still find stuff with DMAA in it but I've heard that's even better.

I've smashed a bunch of PRs when I take the one with DMHA, so I would recommend any preworkout that contains it.

I work out after work, about 6 o'clock. I usually go half recommended and listen to music while it kicks in.

My job is pretty fast paced and draining, so it's a nice reboot before going to the gym.
