I have 2 questions anon. Long time lurker and poster, and even though I've read the sticky, been involved in athletics since a kid There's something that keeps getting away from me.
First question is medical in nature.
1. I have Osgood-Schlatter in my left knee. This has somehow caused my ankle to crack and I struggle at putting pressure on it in certain positions. I can surprisingly run but I feel the tension. I need to stretch my quads and calves for at least half an hour to not feel pain. I can't do this every fucking day though. What do?
2. 6'3, pretty athletic and strong. Can run 5 miles, 15-20 dead hang pullups, 405 deadlift for 4 reps. Why won't my body just fucking transform. Aside from when I get a little chubby I look healthy but not jacked. I want to be fucking jacked. I have a nice face and I feel like if my body just grew more muscle I would be juicy ass fuark. Do I really have to resort to roids? Is there any other damn option? My friends and people tell me I look great, but I know I can look better with more muscle.
