Do it now. I wasn't able to gain much mass until I was 25-26 but I always was a late bloomer. Stay natty and you will be ripped in one year.

1/2/3/4 sounded like a good goal to aim for. bw or pl8s reps or 1rm doesn't matter. Give yourself an easily understandable goal and work towards it. After a year of lifting and if you still want to hunt ayylmaos or satanists consider gear

If you're an average male then you should be fine, but if you're worried about it you can get your t-levels checked with a test for like 50 bucks you can buy on amazon.

But yeah, don't fry your god damn t-levels and shrink your nuts if you don't have to dude. There is absolutely no reason for a 20 something male to steroids unless they have low t.

Most people don't want to make MUTANT GAINS like RIch Piana, so steroids will just fuck with stuff that doesn't need to be fucked with.
