I'd calculate your TDEE which is the amount of kcals you need to maintain weight, consume 250kcals above it(to track I weight myself every morning after pissing/shitting and then at the end of the week add all the weight and divide by 7 for an average)
I'd do it for like 6-8 months depending on how fat you are and then cut till you're like 10%bf
3x week is more than enough, also do your fucking acessories on SS
pull ups, dips, inc dbb bench, hanging leg raises and other core work, lateral raises, skullcrushers, hammer curls

SL5x5 for longer, and go straight into PPLPPLx after 6 or so months. I stopped after 3 months, started a brosplit and wasted a bunch of time.

Do flexibility work for lower body primarily, run stronglifts, exhaust it, run a ppl have fun and make gains, then cut on nsuns 5/3/1. Diet wise: dont eat like a fatass because youre bulking

Thanks for the reply, I'm actually thinking of doing reg park's beginner routine but my only problem is that i can't do pull ups or chin ups I wasted a year on brosplit
I calculated my TDEE and its 2932 and my goal is 2346 a day according to scooby's calculator
