Does neck size really matter, /fit/?
What can I do to train neck? Are deadlifts and shrugs enough?
In my opinion, it does matter. We can clearly see in in side by side pics of thin and thick neck.
I just integrated shrugs to my routine and I'm planning to buy a head strap to train neck at home in the future.
It matters a lot, specially if you're into contact sports. Do neck curls, high volume. Progressive overload.

I have a fucking huge neck and I never noticed it, it's as thick as my head and I've never done any sort of neck isolation plus my upper traps are roider sized compared to my delts.
I do these exercises across my different days, what is making my neck and upper traps fucking gigantic?
