I want to take some pictures for use of before/after. I am about to start an intermediate program so I wanna take some now and then in a while.
Is there a guide or something to posing and photographing musculature? I'm trying to find ways to best light my body and pose to show the most possible. I also know most pictures guys(natties) have to flex to show muscle, but it seems like they can flex without it looking obvious.

(Also will be used for tinder sluts)

How about you take natural lighting notmal poses so you can see what you actually look like, rather than be the equivalent of some instagram slut who takes selfies all days at various angles to get the perfect picture because they're pathetically insecure?

I usually take some photos with windowlight coming at me straight on. I'm not trying to take crazy angled photos. you think that bodybuilding and bodybuilders don't use flattering angles/lighting/poses? Its literally half the sport to learn to pose and tan the shit out of your skin so the muscles pop.

I have taken some normal photos but would just like tips on different ways to look good in photos.

Never implied that

Because you're a retard and for some reason are participating in a thread you have nothing to contribute to, here is a video I found about photographic musculature.

I'm aware that Imgur.com will stop allowing adult images since 15th of May. I'm taking actions to backup as much data as possible.
