Depends on their weight, form, choice of running surface, lack of mental retardation, etc... If they decide to run around on pavement up and down hills and they're 200+ lbs of dumbass they'll prob hurt themselves I agree. If they have fitness experience (unlikely since they're mimicking a cartoon) they would be fine. OPM's routine is the most reasonable thing I've ever seen in an anime. I'm sure these retards will find some way to hurt themselves though, strap weights on themselves and run with their arms flailing out behind them or something.

My prediction is that if you ape OPM's routine properly you'll get some core definition, nicer shoulders but risky chest results, triceps that are disproportionately larger than your biceps, leg strength that will plateau very quickly and become pointless, and great cardio results. It's a reasonable starter routine to dip your toes into fitness, but there are obviously much better routines out there that weren't developed by cartoonists.
