I have a daily core routine consisting of my 5 favorite exercises:

>20x5 butterfly kicks
>20x5 weighted crunches
>20x5 russian twists
>20x5 hanging knee raises
am I doing too many reps? im going for a balance between aesthetics and endurance with my training
