So guys I'm going on a 160 mile backpacking trek through a national park. The trip will last 10 days and I'll be carrying 40 pounds on my back. Any suggestions on how to maintain mass so I don't lose my gains on this trip? I've decided to pack in mass gainer mixed with protein powder in my pack which I think will help a little bit.
