if you have to drink coffee just to 'get through the day' then you have a dyel energy system. ive gone to a 3 hour gym sesh 2 hours after a small bowl a porridge and water and hit prs all day every day.

if you're drinking your coffee black and not having like 4+ cups a day, I wouldn't say it's worth it. coffee itself has nothing bad in it (bar caffeine, which is fine if you're drinking it in moderation) and actually has a lot of health benefits if you read up on it

just always make sure you're getting enough water

If you pay attention to how you feel on a regular basis and don't mind drinking gallons of water every second, you will end up drinking only water because it just feels better. There's no reason to drink anything else. There's no taste that can be translated properly in liquid form that makes it worth drinking anything but water. Pop is trash. Coffee is watery shitbrown sewage. Tea is just hot plant piss.

I've drank coffee probably less then 10 times. Only when I go out with friends and they force me to try it. Doesn't taste bad. Cold water is better. Cold showers suck
