I want to turn the spare room into an intense training room.
The plan is conditioning equipment, heavy clothing and a way of sucking oxygen out of the room so I can train with low oxygen like the Kenyan runners do.
Any ideas /fit/ as I'm stumped on how to achieve this, maybe seal it air tight and use an a.c. unit?
Just run with a plastic bag over your head.
set up a noose that gently strangles you while doing your exercises, works perfectly for me
