Okay, I was reading the above link here and I got to where it said "Stop the sugar". I kknow there's a lot of anti-sugar shills here on /fit/ as well, and I know processed sugar isn't good for you, but I have a question about that. Does fruit lower testosterone? It says that eating sugar laden food will cause an immediate drop in test, but I usually like to have a piece of fruit before a workout for some quick carbs, and a piece of fruit at night for dessert. That's not how biology works.

Also a lot of these studies don't actually give evidence for increasing test in a useful way. That study on sex is a great example: increasing test levels in your saliva after sex could be due to the body increasing hormonal/sexual chemicals in the bodily fluids that are transmitted during sex. In other words, internally, your test levels have not changed at all. You all need to actually read the studies you post and ask yourself if you aren't jumping to conclusions.

You gotta try really massaging the scalp and doing it longer than you would if you had shampoo

Also try using lukewarm, cool or even cold water for your hair - helps it stay soft and hydrated in my experience

Lastly, stick with it for a few days. Your body needs time to adjust to not constantly having your oils stripped off by shampoo.

I had symptoms basically identical to his, my GP said it was anxiety, and he gave me benzo's which made the condition worse. Much, much worse.

It wasn't until I was hospitalised and saw a pdoc that actually diagnosed me has having psychosis.

I'm sorry for your situation m8 but it's almost impossible to diagnose something like that over the internet and telling him he's psychotic over a bunch of symptoms which are extremely common is just going to make his problems worse, I really doubt its psychosis.

Likely someone who has social and general anxiety issues, perhaps latent trauma, and is generally disillusioned / tired of his life. ( most likely ) but really its impossible to know without seeing a doctor. Jumping to psychosis is definitely a stretch IMO

"Cant even escape in video games" Previously you had been using video games to dissociate and generate a sense of happiness in life, everyone does this, its no longer working for you. I guess its time to find a new hobby, this is common as well.

"When my parents call, my.." If you rarely talk to your parents, this is not totally unreasonable. I have an inkling whether or not they were good to you during your childhood, because you have associated negative emotions with contact with your parents. Again just a hypothesis.

Most of these issues can be explained logically, and are very plausible when you factor in the possibility of a type of anxiety disorder aswell, which is extremely common and most people experience at some point in their lifetime.
