Been doing the Simple and Sinister kettlebell workout. Pretty much just 100 swings and 10 Turkish Get Ups.
I really like it, I don't think I'll go back to barbells.
Anyone else really enjoy KBs?

Used them a lot in college as an easy workout, no gym near me and what not. S&S is a great quick workout you can do at home in your living room with just a heavy kettlebell. I enjoy weight lifting more but still do swings here and there.
