do i just go on with the program without squat for now? Should I add anything else. Other exercises don't hurt. Deadlift, barbell row seem to hit the same muscle groups as squats.

lifting is a decades long pursuit, if you fuck yourself up a year in you will not make it

Fugg, it messes up my form because of the pain. Really have to get that surgery... I just don't want to lose gains. I can still do upper body when recovering from surgery?
