Gym is closed for 4-5 days, Usually workout 4 Times a week. Eating like a Beast...
Is it fine?
Cause i am kinda like meh about it.
Then i am kinda: if i see that my legs got smaller, i am gonna squat Owner of the gym.
I see no slight difference, i am getting a bit by bit bigger on rest days... That is my goal.
But will it affect my strength?
Heard that after 8 weeks, you can chill a bit.
I didn't ask for it...
