Ok /fit/, the greatest mystery of our times, eggs.
I buy egg whites in cartons (20 servings, 5g protein) 100g protein per carton.
I've been drinking them raw, seeing as it says it's been "pasteurized". However, after doing some research, people say its better to cook them because in solid form it is easier to break down the proteins for the body? Is there some truth to this?
On another note, i hear heating protein kills the protein and that's bad too. So I don't know what to believe anymore.
Also is drinking it raw safe? I can trust these labels, i mean I havnt died yet, so i think I should be fine unless i get unlucky and some somalia-shits get in there.
It is just too convenient for me to drink it raw from the carton. Ignoring the cum-taste flavor, it fulfills my protein needs for the day and it's cheap for me to buy it when it's on the verge of being expired compared to regular eggs.

Read research that stated max 50% of egg white protein is absorbed if raw. When cookef its close to hundo. So yeah, you probably like chugging it raw since you like sperm u fagit so keep doing that.
