Should take less time than that. I tried to do PHAT but my schedule just doesn't allow for that much volume, so instead I just pick a compound for the muscle group I want to hit that day, do like a set of 8, then 5, then 3, then just keep doing doubles or singles til I match or hopefully break PR. Then I'll do some accessories in the range of 3x8 or 5x5 depending on what they are or how heavy I go.

Just do what feels right. An example would be:

DL 1x8, 1x5, 1x3, then singles up to or over PR
Weighted dips 3x8
Weighted chin ups 3x8
Heavy rack pulls 3x1 with long pause at the top

So basically just train for heavy compounds and ignore all the brosplit bullshit, but include more variety and rep ranges than most strength programs like SS or SL.

4x8-12 hammer curls

4x8-12 dumbbell curls

3x5 weighted chin ups (10kg added)

3x8-12 overhead triceps extensions

3x8-12 triceps pushdowns

And I bench 75kg 3 reps

I used to be a really fat young kid and I think I have dysmorphia as a result; I didnt realize how skinny I was even just a year ago until i looked back on it recently. I struggle with my diet and eating more cal than I put in; I work in a fast paced restaurant and walk about 5-7 miles a shift on top of cardio 5 days a week and 4 days lifting. Currently on a cut down from 220 lbs currently 165 thinking of going down to 145 before starting to actually bulk so I don't get fat af.

Squat doesn't exist cause knees be gone

Thanks mate. Yeah lighting just about shows my insertions in this but i have a lot of more definition that isnt shown. For idea i have veins on obliques and just above my serratus anteriors, or more on the left side. But shoulders a lot aswell.

If anyone is at all mildly interested I do db pullovers twice a week and my serratus have blown up, picture hard to tell but they are getting a lot thiccer

Your shoulders and arms work nicely together but i think you should work trap/rear delt/upper chest work. Obviously cant see back but rear delt work combined with trap will give that upper area more shape and fullness.
If you dont do this exercise for chest you should give it a go, its done wonders for me

Yeah I do that, my traps are actually insterted fairly high. I think its due to the camera angle and my pose though. Upper back and delts are the GOAT for looking bigger for sure though. Here's me leaner with better lighting.
