What would happen if I started doing a shit ton of pull ups, push ups, and bodyweight squats with a few L sits and planks sprinkled in. And ate a shit ton of protein at maintenance starting from skinnyfat bordering on skelly mode?

What would happen if you did some basic research on the fundamentals of strength training and applied them in a proper manner instead of doing some half assed attempt hoping it will work?

You need more then 4 exercises and you need a plan for PROGRESSION so you can measure if you are actually getting better.
