They're decent. They will build up your core if done right.
I would still have mine up but I don't have anywhere to hang them from in my current house.

So many gymnasts can't be wrong....where as there better for calisthenics and body weight training they are a nice change if you can find a place to set them up....look up yuri van gelder....yeah he did popped for coke but he was called lord if the rings for a reason

I got some rings for home, really cheap and heaps of fun
Get wooden ones if you can
Ring pull ups are much easier on my shoulders than straight bar pull ups or chin ups

Would definitely recommend the purchase, theyre a great piece of equipment for a home gym
