I don't know much about this, but wouldn't it be bad in terms of health in the long run to have a lot of muscle mass in your upper body, and a weak, fragile lower body supporting all that muscle?

Best 4 day routine is:
LUxFxUx
Upper is heavy bench and pullups, some OHP and rows, arms ets
Lower is heavy squats and deadlifts
Full is heavy squats, light bench and moderate deadlift variation
>Legs twice a week
>Bench thrice a week
>Train only 4 days a week, not 5
Can't go wrong.

IMO legs don't need a dedicated day, I'm not a bodybuilder. But I add some quad work to Push day and I pull sumo so my hams and glutes get a good workout.

Day1: Bench press 4x5, 1x5+
Day2: Overhead press 4x5, 1x5+
Day1: Overhead press 3x8-12
Day2: Bench press 3x8-12
3x8-12 incline dumbbell press
3x8-12 Skullcrushers SS 3x15-20 lateral raises
3x8-12 triceps pushdowns SS 3x15-20 lateral raises

desu as long as you have like 1-2 heavy leg movements and maybe an accessory twice a week they'll be big enough. I literally only do squat and floor pull variations twice a week and my legs are 26"
