I'm 6'3" and around 90kg, I'm not fat, I'm not thin, I'm not lean.
With my job and home-life commitments I can't realistically do 3 or 4 workouts a week. If I work out on weekends only is it sufficient or is it an uphill battle? I don't want to waste my time if I won't get stronger.
And in the case that I do get stronger where does it plateau? Will it be a minimal increase in strength and then it stabilises or can I get reasonably strong through a solely weekend routine?

Im guessing home life ia holding ya down, cause of kids ? Do memeistenics at home for days when you cant hit gym, and read up on fitness and shiet. Lift heavy when you are at gym.
