DAILY REMINDER: "BINGING" IS OFTEN CAUSED BY MALNUTRITION, NOT A DEFICIT OF WILLPOWER

If you find yourself "binging" often, see if any of the following apply:
-You are trying to lose more than 1lb per week
-You try to make up for slightly going over your calories by eating over the next day
-You are trying to eat what you imagine to be "healthy" foods but not counting calories, leading to excessive caloric deficits. Example: eating 1200 calories of chicken, sweet potatoes, and broccoli a day. Looks like a lot on a plate, but that shit is basically one above average sized meal for an adult male over 6'.
-You are eating "healthy" foods but not ensuring your diet is actually balanced. Are all of your carbs coming from one source? Are you eating enough servings of vegetables per day? Are you getting two servings of fruit per day (some people may not eat fruit that much)? Are you choosing a variety of fruit and vegetables or eating the same ones each day? Are you taking a multivitamin? Look up the USDA guidelines if you have nowhere to start
-You are eating one protein source over and over rather than rotating through different protein sources (beef, chicken, eggs, dairy, lamb, etc.).

If you are out of shape/fat, you do not need to do anything "intense" to get in immensely better shape! If you eat a healthy, balanced diet at a moderate caloric deficit (1lb/wk, maybe less if you're female or small), you will get fitter without being miserable or freaking out and binging. If you add in resistance exercise, you'll start developing muscle and strength as well (be sure to eat enough).

Don't get memed into giving yourself a fucking eating disorder

When does the binging begin?

I've lost 15 pounds in 7 weeks. Aiming to lose another 15 in roughly the same amount of time.

it doesn't unless you are messing up. if you're losing weight at a sustainable pace on a diet with enough nutrients, you'll feel pretty good and probably not feel the need to binge
