yeah, you have shit anterior serratus. planks + whatever pressing you do will help with your scapular winging. train like normal, but be smart about it and do shoulder stabilization shit.

most pulls will work your rear delts. you can do rear delt flys, but you might get stuck in the weeds with excessive isolations. just do your rows, pullups and shit while doing shoulder stabilization alongside your bench progression.
