it's right in line with volume recommendations for intermediates looking for general hypertrophy and strength, not everyone is five years into training with a goal of improving their bench 15 pounds by working their off the chest sticking point lmao
Need some routine advice as well, these are my push/pull days, my lats are big enough at the moment but my arms are way behind. Was thinking of replacing pulldowns with another arm exercise, any recommendations?
