This thread is for people who are at the halfway point (or somewhere near it) towards whatever goal they have set. Obviously if you are at the halfway point then whatever you are doing is working but it can be easy to lose focus. Post your current point in your fitness goal, what you used to get there, why you are doing this goal, and motivate the poster above you.
6 ft 1 - 33 years old
Was at 225 pounds last year at this time
Currently at 192 with my goal weight being 170
Decided to lose weight because I was a lazy fat ass. Using 8/16 intermittent fasting, cardio, and cut most surgery foods and other crap foods from my diet. I've gone from a size 38 pants to a size 34 and still slimming down.

Was at 220 in March, finally decided to get my life in order. Down to 180 and put on some muscle along the way. Starting school Monday. We're gonna all gonna make it!
