My spine clicks when I bend forwards and I'm scared to squat/deadlift. Backstory:
>about 6 weeks ago start getting pain in lower back, just to the right of my spine
>would come just as I reracked squats
>felt like something I had with deadlifts when I was a total noob, which went away when I worked out how to brace
>hardly debilitating pain so just keep going and focus a bit more on bracing (turns out I still wasn't doing this optimally, but still ok)
>after this has been occurring for a couple of weeks it starts to affect even my 1pl8 warmup set
>then, do a set that felt really bad when reracking
>stop squatting/deadlifting indefinitely (four or five weeks now)
>few people on /plg/ say its disc related and to do mcgill's big three and spinal decompression
>been doing mcgill since, and static hangs whenever I'm in the gym, but missed two weeks for other reasons
>small amount of pain from bending over fast etc for a few days after I decided to stop squatting
>after a week no pain but the occasional niggle, eg if bending forwards to reach something while on one leg
>no pain or niggles for about two weeks now
>but still worried because my spine is clicking when I bend forwards
>no pain or discomfort associated with it, and I wouldn't notice it without putting my hand on my lower back to feel it
>seems to click more on the left (the pain having been on the right)
>seems to lessen when I stretch out my lower back
>if i lean a bit either side/take one foot off the floor, there's no clicking
>a week ago I decided to do some very light squats to test it out, 8x60kg which had been giving me discomfort before, felt fine

Should I be worried? Do I need to see a chiro or can I slowly start squatting again? Thank.
